In an ever-changing era, he has consistently questioned what is truly needed, focusing primarily on real estate while engaging in urban development and the revitalization of regional cities. He participated in the founding of MAJO with the goal of creating a culture that will be passed down to the next generation.

Reiri Kojima

A professional in the arts and culture sector with an academic background and experience in public diplomacy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, she is active on the front lines both in Japan and abroad. While engaging in various cultural projects in both the public and private sectors, she serves as the General Manager of the international art fair Tokyo Gendai.

Involved in editing, writing, curation, and consulting, primarily in the field of Japanese art. Director of the Office for the Preparation of Kankitsuyama Gallery at Enoura Observatory.

Keita Nagahori

In 2016, he founded SKYTREK Co., Ltd. and assumed the position of President and CEO. He established a new aerial mobility infrastructure that allows for free travel between Japan's regional areas and cities via aircraft, and also collaborates with MAJO.

Ishikawa founded an apparel manufacturing company at the age of 23. In 2011, he began collecting contemporary art, focusing on conceptual art, and established the Ishikawa Foundation in 2014. He is also actively engaged in cultural and economic development of his native Okayama.

President and Executive Officer, Tsuneishi Group Co., Ltd. / Representative Director, Kambara Tsuneishi Cultural Foundation

He serves as the President of the Tsuneishi Group, which originated in the shipping and shipbuilding industries in Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture. Currently, he develops businesses centered on regional revitalization across a wide range of fields, including energy, environment, and resorts. In 2024, he established the Kambara Tsuneishi Cultural Foundation and serves as its Representative Director.

Hara practices diverse design grounded in conceptual vision—from MUJI to Tsutaya Books to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' s JAPAN HOUSE. He recently advocates new tourism visions positioning Japan's cultural landscapes as future resources. Author of numerous works including "Designing Design" and "White."
